TLDR:I wanted to add 960x540 and 1024x576 resolutions to my 1366x768 monitor, is it safe? When i tried to add custom resolution on my 1366x768 monitor, i was directed to a license message box saying that it might make my monitor / other functionality to not work properly, Which is kinda weird and i don't wanna take risk,I've never tried to add resolutions before and I'm new to this, so any help is appreciated.

If this sounds extremely newb-ish i apologize for that too. Thanks in advance. In general 72 hz is beneficial because movies are 24 fps which means that you can display them by just showing each frame three times, in contrast to showing some frames twice and some three times when you playing them on a 60 hz screen, which results in more micro stuttering (that you may or may not see depending on how used to it you are). But I can't stand 24 fps movies (and most shows as well) so I use a tool called Smooth Video Project (I use the older 3.1.7 version that gives me more control) which interpolates low fps videos to the refresh rate similar to basically every modern TV does. The SVP version I have allows me to control the amount of interpolation happening, with everything but the minimum setting results in a change of film look to what many call soap opera look (doesn't actually look bad to me) but also visible artifacts. I found that the minimum setting looks more smooth with my screen set to 72 hz compared to 60 hz.
